Handcrafted from high-quality 925 sterling silver, the pendant features a beautifully textured surface that subtly catches the light, creating a sophisticated, understated look for everyday or dressy occasions. A single 4mm citrine cabochon stone adds a pop of colour to the piece, making it a thoughtful gift for November birthdays.
The finished pendant measures 12mm wide x 15mm drop.
Our jewellery is sustainably packaged to create that special unboxing experience whilst being mindful of our impact on the environment. Our necklaces come presented in their own gift box tied with ribbon, all enclosed in tissue with sprigs of dried lavender from Isobel’s garden. We use eco-friendly paper tape for all our parcels too!
Jewellery Care: To ensure your jewellery remains in top condition, please remove before showering or swimming and avoid contact with perfumes and make-up. When not wearing, wipe with a silver polishing cloth (avoiding gemstones and pearls) and store in an airtight box.

As each piece is made to order and varies in the time it takes to make, please read the item description for the latest dispatch estimate. If you are in a hurry, I am happy to 'rush' through orders where possible, but please contact me first.

UK ORDERS:
All hats are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping.
Jewellery is posted by Royal Mail Tracked 48

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Hats are sent by Royal Mail Tracked services unless stated otherwise and usually take around 1-3 weeks from dispatch.
Jewellery is posted by Royal Mail standard airmail. Please allow extra time for delivery in November and December.

I ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means no surprise fees or extra tariffs when your order arrives – everything is taken care of upfront. Refund Policy
What is your returns policy for hats?
I take great care to produce heirloom quality, hand-stitched pieces, with each hat taking several days to complete.
For pieces that are made to order, I do not offer refunds or returns due to their bespoke nature. Please ensure you have fully read the item description and are happy with the size and colour of the piece, or contact me for any further information you require.
I offer a complimentary fabric swatch service to ensure you get the best match to your outfit, and am happy to make in other colours on request.
For off-the-shelf (ready-to-ship) pieces , I offer returns if notified within 48 hours of the customer receiving their order. Returns must be received in as-new condition within 7 days (or proof of dispatch for overseas).
What is your returns policy for jewellery?
I am happy to accept returns of unworn jewellery (see exclusions below) within 14 days of receipt (international customers please contact me within 3 days to notify of return, & mark the box as RETURNED ITEM). Items must be returned unworn & in its original packaging.
EXCLUSIONS:
Due to their customised nature, bespoke designs and made-to-order rings are non-returnable unless faulty.
RETURNS POSTAGE
Postage is non-refundable. All return postage costs are covered by buyer unless faulty.
Damaged / Faulty Items
Customer satisfaction is of the greatest importance to me, and I take great pride in knowing my clients look and feel amazing in their new headpieces.
Each of my designs is lovingly handcrafted with attention to detail. Your piece will be carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it reaches you in top condition ready for your event.
In the unlikely event of your item arriving damaged or faulty, please notify me within 48hrs of delivery/collection to arrange an exchange or reach a suitable solution.
