A really atmospheric portrayal captured in textiles of the iconic burial chamber known as ” Pentre Ifan ” situated In Pembrokeshire, Wales. You can glimpse “Carningli” mountain framed by the stones. A spiritual and mystical place.
This piece is all about the texture of these sacred stones dating back to 3500BC.
Each stone has been constructed by meshing fabrics and fibres together to create an aged appearance . They have then been further enhanced with free machine embroidery and hand embroidery. They have all been padded so they stand out slightly.
This is a original work of art made solely by myself.
It has a hanging sleeve on the reverse. Baton not inc.
The artwork will be treated with a fabric protector before being dispatched.
