Description
Inspired by the classic Christmas poinsettia, and based on a pattern by Lauren Harpster, this design features deep red bracts, rich green leaves and delicate yellow flowers at the centre. The vibrant colours and intricate beadwork reflect the festive spirit while adding a touch of artistry and sparkle to your decor.
The poinsettia has been set in a traditional christmas themed container which will look fantastic as a table centrepiece, mantelpiece accent or thoughtful handmade gift. It’s perfect for anyone who appreciates the beauty of handmade art and detail that goes into every bead.
It is made using high quality Czech seed beads and wire, and is created by me! Evelyn, a UK artisan specialising in French beaded flowers and floral art.
It is approximately 16cm high and 17cm wide. Each piece is unique, made entirely by hand – no two are ever identical.
Care
Your flowers will arrive packaged with care, ready to enjoy. The wire stems, bracts and leaves are gently flexible, so you can reshape them gently if needed, for example, if a petal shifts during delivery or storage. Just handle them with care, supporting the base of the flower or leaf when adjusting.
This piece of french beading is made to last, but like all wire based crafts, it’s best to avoid frequent or forceful bending as this can weaken the structure over time. A little gentle tweaking is fine – just treat them like the handmade art they are.
