Description
How it is made
This realistic and finely detailed Cocker Spaniel dog’s head was originally sculpted in wax by animal sculptor, Kirsty Armstrong. The heads are then made by hand in cold-cast Pewter, copper or bronze (metal and resin) and are then polished, waxed and finished by hand, by Kirsty in her Cumbrian work shop in the far north of England.
Dimensions
The box frame measures approximately 12cm x 12cm and is 3cm deep with a frame aperture of 10cm x 10cm.
Contents
The incredibly detailed dog motif is made from cold-cast metal (metal and resin) with metallic wax highlights.
The back of the frame is neatly finished with black self adhesive velour felt and has a metal saw tooth hanger.
Grey or black frame with a card mount and a glass front.

Delivery
UK orders will be made up in 1-3 business days and will then be dispatched using Royal Mail tracked 48 as standard. International shipping options are also available.
More breeds and different products…
As time allows Kirsty will gradually sculpt more dog breeds. At present though, we also produce a Flat coated Retriever, a Weimaraner, as well as a Labrador.
The Spaniel head is also available as a brooch, a pocket treat tin and as a larger treat storage tin, all of which are or will be available soon in separate listings.
*Please note, if you would like to order multiple items, and especially if it’s an international order, then please contact us for a delivery quote before ordering as postage is calculated on weight as well as by size of the parcel.

PACKAGING…
Each item is carefully packed using recycled cardboard boxes and where possible, recycled inner packaging from other local businesses.
TRACKING…
All UK orders are shipped using either a tracked 24, a tracked 48, or a special delivery Royal Mail service.
SHIPPING COSTS…
A small amount is added to the current Royal Mail prices to cover the cost of the outer cardboard box. In the case of the larger items, an amount is also added to cover the time to pack them and to book the parcel in with the courier. Please note that boxed and packed smaller items, such as brooches, are too large to qualify for Royal Mail large letter postage and so are sent as a small parcel.
WHY I ONLY USE ROYAL MAIL…
I use Royal Mail tracked services so that customers can track their order, and so that I have confirmation of delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY…
International orders are shipped by either UPS or a Royal Mail international tracked service (with no signature required).
PERSONAL DATA USE…
Email and local contact phone numbers are required for some shipping. These will only be used and passed on to couriers for the safe delivery of your order, in the event of a return, and also for use by customs for international orders.
RETURNS…
I accept returns for all items except those which have been customised. I do not accept exchanges.
To arrange the return of an item, please first contact me within 14 days of receipt via kirsty@justkirsty.com
Items must be packaged securely to prevent movement within the box and the original packaging must be used.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, (*unless the item is damaged in transit). *If an item has been damaged in transit and more than 14 days has elapsed before informing us of the damage, then the customer will be responsible for the return costs of the item).
Please ensure that a tracked and insured shipping method is used for any returns as payment for damage or loss of any uninsured parcel will be the customers responsibility.
FAULTY ITEMS…
A faulty item can be returned for refund or replacement within 6 Months of receipt. Please note that accidental damage within this time does not constitute a fault.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me via email as soon as possible (and within 13 days of receipt if your item was delivered via Royal Mail special delivery - as the window for claiming compensation via Royal Mail is only 14 days from dispatch). Please retain all original packaging and photograph any damage to the outside of the parcel, as well as the damage to the item. This information is crucial for any insurance claim with Royal Mail or UPS.
GDPR…
I (Kirsty Armstrong Kenny) am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.
When you place an order with me I will receive your name, delivery address, email address and contact phone number via TBCH. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose (other than the circumstances listed below), or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With TBCH to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I will retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.
Refund Policy
Please contact me as soon as possible, and within 14 days of receipt via kirsty@justkirsty.com if you wish to return an item. You must contact me first before arranging to return your order. The refund amount will be minus the original shipping costs, and any Stripe payment processing fees connected with the order. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping costs.

When the item has been received back in perfect condition, the refund process will start immediately. It may take a number of days for the refund to appear in your account.
I also reserve the right to refuse a sale and then make a full refund if for some reason I cannot fulfil an order.
Please take careful note of the processing times stated on the listings. Bigger pieces are hand made to order and take time to produce. Any orders which are cancelled before dispatch will incur a fee; the Stripe payment processing fees will be deducted from any refund.
