Description

Turn a treasured photo into a timeless work of art with this stunning custom hand-quilled pet portrait. Using carefully shaped and layered paper strips, the quilling follows every curve of the fur, capturing texture, movement, and personality in extraordinary detail. The result is a beautifully tactile piece that brings your beloved companion to life in a way a standard photo never could.

I will size your photo to fit the chosen frame, print it on 300gsm glossy photo paper and mount it on a rigid mounting board. Then I will quill over the main subject with small hand cut pieces of card, trying to match the colour as closely as my card stock will allow. I will be following the photo so fur in shadows and light will be coloured as per the picture, which may make it appear lighter or darker than your pet in real life. These pieces usually take around 10-20 hours to complete. As these are custom, there is no returns allowed.

Shipping Policy

Most of my items are made to order.
I will trying to get them out as soon as possible after the payment ahs gone through.
Quilled items do take the longest but I try to have them posted within 5 days.
Custom orders will need more time and depending on the complexity, a few emails back and forth to confirm design choices before the work commences. Please expect these to take up to 2 weeks.
I will always contact if there are going to be delays in your order.

GDPR:
All information collected by The British Craft House that is required for postage is sent to me via email to my Gmail address. This information remains securely in the email folder until the order has been posted at which point it is deleted. It is never shared to any third party's or added to any mailing lists. Payments are taken through Stripe, please see their privacy policy for how your payments are handled.

Refund Policy

Faulty - Refund or exchange available for faulty items, all items must be returned first for inspection. For any return please send photographic proof of issue before returning, any postal damage will be claimed through Royal mail.

Change of mind - Buyer pays return postage costs on unwanted items. It must be returned unused in the original packaging and in the original sellable condition or a full refund will not be given.

Custom - Custom items cannot be returned or refunded.
