Shipping Policy
The majority of our UK parcels are sent by EVRi.
Why? We send many parcels with them and only a small percentage experience issues. In general we like the way they offer photographic and GPS proof of delivery, and up to three attempts at delivery. We have an account manager who quickly sorts out any issues for both us and our customers within 48 hours.
Larger orders are sent by Parcelforce.
Overseas orders are generally sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
As a small business, with a close relationship with our Royal Mail postie, we totally support our national postal service. Sadly though, since the end of 2022 we have struggled to maintain business confidence with many parcels going missing, or being delayed by up to 20 days. The claiming service is valid only at 30 days from original posting date, and we have no designated account manager since their slimming down. Sad but true.
If you would prefer us to use Royal Mail for your order, please put this in the comments box and we will happily oblige on the understanding that any missing parcels will not be replaced for the statutory 30 day wait.

Deliveries & Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your wall stickers, but if, for any reason, you decide not to use them please do package them up, unused and in their original packaging, and return them to us for a full refund. Refund Policy
We hope your wall stickers bring you as much joy as we had making them for you. However, if you find they are not what you are looking for, you are welcome to return full sheets of unused stickers in their original packaging within 14 days. On arrival, we will refund re-sellable sheets.
Before you order, don't forget we are happy to send you samples of the colours, so if in doubt, please do give us a shout.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
