CHANGED YOUR MIND? Your Right To Cancel Your Order
You have 14 days from your receipt of your order to cancel products. Please use the ASK A QUESTION button to inform me. You will be responsible for paying for return delivery. Your order must be returned, unused and in its original packaging, to me within 14 days of notifying me. Once I receive your return within that 14 days, I will refund you the cost of the product purchased.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS ON ARRIVAL?
Your order will have been checked and securely packaged prior to despatch to you. Where a product is damaged or faulty on delivery please use the ASK A QUESTION button to arrange the return of the item to me unaltered and in its original packing.
On receipt of your damaged/faulty goods I will offer you either:
a). a refund for the cost of your order plus basic delivery charge OR
b). an exchange of the item for another of the same value (before postage costs were applied). I will pay a basic delivery charge to cover the cost of postage for your exchange.

Where personalisation is offered on an item, please ensure you give full, accurate information, ensuring all spellings are correct. You cannot return a personalised item unless there is a fault or an error in the personalisation made by Pawdrobe HQ.
