I don’t know about you, but I find ponsettia’s one of the hardest plants to care for. The plant which has the misfortune to be purchased by me is fortunate to survive to Hogmanay without it’s leaves dropping! However, should you purchase this ponsettia as part of your seasonal decor, this handcrafted plant will add a touch of festive joy to your home for many years to come.

Processing times:
Ready - made items ship within 1 - 2 working days, custom orders will take longer - you will be given a timeframe when we discuss your order.
All items are sent by Royal Mail tracked 48, I can upgrade this if required.

Refund Policy
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase - unless the order has already been dispatched or work has started on a custom item.
Returns and exchanges:
Non custom items - accepted within 14 days of delivery. You must notify me first. Items must be returned in original condition and the customer is responsible for paying return postage.
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me with photos within 48 hours so I can sort it out.
Faulty or damaged items:
I take great care when packaging your purchases, but if anything arrives damaged, please get in touch with photos and I'll fix it - whether that's a replacement, refund or repair depending on the situation
