Handmade Citrine Necklace in Sterling Silver

This yellow citrine gemstone necklace has been handmade using traditional jewellery-making techniques. The gemstone is set inside a polished beaded silver circle pendant to show off its beautiful golden tones and natural sparkle.
This citrine pendant necklace glows with rich autumn colour — a warm, golden yellow gemstone that catches the light beautifully.
The citrine gemstone is set in a secure rubover-style setting, where the silver is gently pushed over the edge of the stone to hold it safely in place.
This necklace has been hallmarked at the London Assay office; the hallmark is displayed on the jump ring on the right hand side of the triple loops.

The pendant measures approximately 22 mm across the silver circle and 26 mm from the bottom of the setting to the top of the triple loops where the chain passes through.
Suspended on an 18-inch sterling silver chain as standard, with longer chain or extender options available from the drop-down menu if you prefer.
Gemstone
Citrine is a quartz crystal that comes in a variety of hues from pale yellows to deep browns. This particular stone is a golden yellow colour with a fantasy facet cut that gives it extra sparkle and depth.

I’m always happy to send any item as a gift directly to the recipient, with a personal message from you. Please include your message and ensure the delivery address is correct at checkout.
Your jewellery will be sent in a gift box tied with a ribbon, ready for gifting. Gift wrapping is also available — just tick the gift wrap option when adding to your basket.
UK shipping is included in the price, and items are sent via Royal Mail.
Jewellery Care
Please take care not to expose your jewellery to hairspray, perfume, or cleaning products, as these can cause silver to tarnish and may affect the gemstone’s surface or colour.
I recommend removing jewellery before bathing, swimming, or sleeping, and storing it in its box when not being worn.
Use a soft silver polishing cloth as required to keep your silver bright and shiny.

Shipping Policy
All jewellery orders will be sent in a gift box tied with a ribbon and despatched via Royal Mail within 1-3 business days. Any exceptions to this will be specified in the listing itself and includes any bespoke items or jewellery made to order.
Second class shipping is included in the UK with the option to upgrade to first class at checkout for applicable items. Orders over £65 will be sent first class as standard and anything over this value will be sent via Special Delivery and need to be signed for upon arrival.
I will update the order as soon as an item is despatched and advise of the tracking numbers for special delivery items. Once despatched please be aware the arrival time of any orders is out of my control and I am therefore unable to guarantee delivery times.
Privacy Policy
When you place an order with me through my British Craft House store I receive the following details so that I can process your order: name, address, email address, your user name, payment information and if different the recipients name and email address.
We will only use the information received to process and advise of information relating to your order and the shipping of this.
Order information will be retained for accounts and tax purposes and we have a legal requirement to keep this for 7 years. After this time the information will be shredded.
If at any point you believe the information we possess on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us to have the matter investigated and we will respond to you within 28 days.

Refund Policy
I take great care with everything that I make and want you to love your new piece of jewellery; so if for any reason you don't please get in touch as soon as possible to arrange an exchange or refund.
Items MUST be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Please let me know of your intention to return an item within 14 days of receiving it and ensure it is returned to me within 28 days of your original order. Please note shipping costs are non refundable unless the item is faulty.

Silver, gemstone and pearls need to be treated with care and to this end a care card will be sent with your order to help keep your jewellery looking its best. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been mistreated and uncared for.
