Fused Glass Wildflower Candle Holder with Bluebird Tealight

Description

Bring a little spring sunshine indoors with this sweet fused-glass candle holder, lovingly crafted in my Blackpool home studio.

• Individually composed – I choose every piece of coloured glass before arranging it on a square of hand-cut, 3 mm clear art glass. Pink blossoms, lavender buds and two playful bluebirds are anchored by curving green stems and a sprinkle of aqua frit “pebbles”.

• Slow, careful firing – The panel spends almost 24 hours in my digitally-controlled kiln, gradually heating to fuse the layers while preserving raised texture that glows when back-lit by a candle.

• Crisp, clean finish – Once cool, the panel is scrubbed and glued to a chunky glass tealight cup, creating a stable base that fits any standard 4 cm-diameter tealight.

• Compact statement size – Approx. 7.5 cm wide, 8 cm high and 5.5 cm deep; perfect for a mantel, windowsill or bedside table.

• Ready for gifting – I can wrap it in white tissue topped with a purple ribbon and include a handwritten message, then post directly to your recipient at no extra charge.
