Delivery Details
• All orders are dispatched on the same or next working day.
• Postage is charged at a flat rate £2.75, regardless of how many are ordered.
• Orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
• Standard postage is Tracked 48hr ; if you wish to upgrade your shipping method, please contact me before completing your purchase.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Royal Mail considers an item lost only after 10 days have passed since the expected delivery date. If you have not received your order within a reasonable time frame, please reach out to me, and I will liaise with Royal Mail on your behalf.

If you wish to return your order, it is important that you contact me within 14 days of receiving your item. This initial contact is necessary to ensure that the returns process can be properly initiated within the required time frame.
Return Conditions
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging, and that the return is completed within 14 days after notifying me of your intention to return the item.
Issuing Refunds
