Expertly hand-sculpted from robust polymer clay with the choice to hang on either a rustic twine, black elastic cord or heavy duty self adhesive backing. This set includes – Hot chocolate, Marshmallow, Sprinkles and a cookie.

How to order
Choose your fixing preference from the drop down menu then add to basket and check out.
*Self adhesive info – Suitable for use on glass, brick, metal, stone, wood, plastics & ceramic.
Not suitable for polypropylene (PP) or Polyethylene (PE) Plastics.
To remove the backing use a sharp pair of tweezers and some patience!
Press firmly for 60 seconds, once adhered do not try to remove as you will damage your little character.
Please note: Each piece is lovingly handmade, so there may be slight variations in colour and shape, adding to their unique charm. Colours may appear lighter in strong sunlight.

Delivery Details
• All orders are dispatched on the same or next working day.
• Postage is charged at a flat rate £2.75, regardless of how many are ordered.
• Orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
• Standard postage is Tracked 48hr ; if you wish to upgrade your shipping method, please contact me before completing your purchase.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Royal Mail considers an item lost only after 10 days have passed since the expected delivery date. If you have not received your order within a reasonable time frame, please reach out to me, and I will liaise with Royal Mail on your behalf.
Refund Policy
Returning Your Order
If you wish to return your order, it is important that you contact me within 14 days of receiving your item. This initial contact is necessary to ensure that the returns process can be properly initiated within the required time frame.
Return Conditions
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging, and that the return is completed within 14 days after notifying me of your intention to return the item.
Issuing Refunds
Once I have received the returned product, I will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
Exclusions
It is important to note that personalised products, including earrings, are excluded from the returns process and cannot be refunded.
