Handcrafted Keepsake Domed Resin Ring with Classic D-Shaped Band – Made in Recycled Sterling Silver

🔨 How it’s made
A timeless and meaningful keepsake, this handcrafted ring is made from recycled sterling silver and features a smooth 3 mm x 2 mm D-shaped band. The design is completed with a thick bezel, housing 6 mm domed resin, available in a range of 36 colours or clear, colours shown in the second-to-last image. Whether used to preserve ashes, hair, fabric, or other precious mementos, this ring is a small-batch, slow-made piece designed to keep memories close.
🇬🇧 Craftsmanship & Finish
Crafted using traditional metalsmithing techniques, each ring is handmade in my studio from eco-conscious sterling silver sheet and wire, and set with a domed resin in your chosen colour. Every piece is slow-made with care and attention to detail, resulting in subtle variations that make each ring uniquely yours.
Personal keepsakes that can be embedded include ashes, hair, fur, fabric (such as from a wedding dress or christening gown), sand, photos, or dried flowers. If you have something else in mind, feel free to get in touch—I’ll always do my best to make it work.

⚓️ Hallmarking
This ring falls below the weight requirement for hallmarking, but is made entirely from solid 925 recycled sterling silver with full traceability. If you would prefer it hallmarked, this can be arranged for an additional £12 plus further time for processing, please message me before purchase if this is something you would like.
📦 Packaging & Ordering Multiples
All jewellery comes beautifully presented in a branded Sterling Ash Designs soft pouch, accompanied by tissue paper, a silver cleaning cloth, and a care card to help you keep your piece looking its best for years to come.
To reduce environmental impact, multiple purchased items may be packaged together. If you’d prefer each item to be individually wrapped, please leave a note at checkout and I’ll be happy to arrange that for you.
📮 Shipping
After purchase, please send your keepsake securely in a clearly labeled, sealed bag or a doubled-up envelope (please avoid containers, as they can not be returned due to return postal size boxes). Be sure to include your full name and address inside, on the package contents. The processing time of 1-10 weeks starts upon receipt of your keepsake. If you require a quicker turnaround, please contact me before ordering. The address to send your keepsake to will be automatically sent when your order is made.
Unused keepsakes, such as remaining ashes or hair, will be returned with your jewellery.
Free shipping within the UK and items are sent via Royal Mail 48hr, with upgrades available. Please be aware these times are estimate only and I cannot offer any guarantee on delivery times once it’s in the hands of the postal service.
🎁 Gifting and Gift Wrapping
If you are purchasing as a gift then you have the option for a free gift card to be hand written and added in along with your gift, please add details in the Handwritten Giftcard box above.
Upgrading to gift wrapping for £1.00 includes having the box or pouch that the gift is placed in being wrapped in a complimenting style paper with a ribbon around. It is then placed in the outer cardboard box with all the additional care cards, tissue paper and silver cleaning cloth as mentioned above.
If your item is being sent as a gift then please be sure to update the mailing address on checkout before you complete your order. I can hold no responsibility for items being sent to the wrong person due to an incorrect address.

PROCESSING TIME & DELIVERY INFORMATION
Thank you for supporting my small business. Once your order is placed, I will begin processing it as soon as possible. Processing times vary depending on the range and are listed below. If you’ve ordered multiple items, they will be shipped together based on the longest processing time.
While I always strive to dispatch orders quickly, please be aware that during busy periods I may need the full time listed. If there is ever a delay beyond the stated timeframe, I will email you in advance.
If you have a specific deadline or need your order urgently, please contact me before placing your order to ensure I can accommodate it.

Orders under £20.50: Free Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery
Orders over £20.50 and up to £150: Free Royal Mail 48hr Tracked delivery (upgrade options available)
Orders over £150: Free Special Delivery with insurance to cover item.
International Orders:
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed (fees apply; see individual listings for specific costs)
Customs Fees: I cannot take responsibility for any duties or import fees incurred—please check your local regulations before purchasing.
Box & Postage Note:
Only two jewellery gift boxes fit per delivery package. If you require more boxes, or if you are ordering from outside the UK or upgrading your delivery, additional postage fees may apply. If unsure, please don’t hesitate to ask.
ACCOUNT & ADDRESS DETAILS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. I am unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders lost or undelivered due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.

Wedding Rings
Presented in a laser-engraved Arcane Nature double wooden ring box with a black velvet pouch to protect your rings for the big day. The double box holds two rings.
No separate plastic packaging is added along with your order. Every purchase is thoughtfully designed to feel like a special gift—whether it's for yourself or a loved one.
Refund Policy
RETURNS & CONDITIONS
Please note that unless an item is damaged or faulty, I am not legally obliged to accept returns for personalised or custom-made items that cannot be resold. This includes the entire Sterling Ash Designs range, all sized rings, wedding bands, commissions, and other personalised items across my collections.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photographs BEFORE opening the packaging. Once opened, take additional photos of the item and any damage. This helps support any postal claims and ensures a swift resolution.
If you believe your item is faulty, please get in touch with detailed photographs of the issue so I can assess and advise.

📦 Return postage for damaged or faulty items will be refunded – please keep your proof of postage and postal receipt.
NON-FAULTY RETURNS
Postage Costs:
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is confirmed as faulty or damaged (as above). I strongly recommend using a tracked postal service.
Item Condition:
Returns must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with undamaged original packaging. Any reduction in value due to wear, damage, or missing packaging will be deducted from your refund.
International Returns:
Clearly mark the package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to help avoid unnecessary customs fees.
Proof of Postage:
Obtain and keep a receipt or proof of postage from your Post Office.
