These earrings can be made in any size. If you require a different size please ask and I will give you a price, and you can purchase through the bespoke custom order listing on my page (if they are not already listed in my shop).
How they are made and sizes.
I created these earrings using round 1.5 mm thick silver wire and a bangle mandrel, which I used to curve the wire into the round hoops before soldering the ends together. After this stage I sanded and filed the soldered areas. Next I added earring hook drop fastenings and put them into the tumbler for a good polish and to work-harden the metal, making them stronger for wearing every day. All my items are handcrafted and although I do try to make each piece identical, there will be some very small differences that make them unique.
Hoop measurements are approximately 40 mm diameter and 125.6mm circumference, made using 1.5 mm thick round sterling silver wire. Hook fastenings and rubber earring backs included.
Packaging
All items come packaged in a beautiful branded pouch with a ribbon around (due to the size, they come in a Sterling Ash Designs pouch, which is usually reserved for my Keepsake range) and is accompanied with tissue paper, silver cleaning cloth and care card on how to best care for your jewellery for years to come.
Shipping
Shipping costs are already included within the UK and are sent via Royal Mail 48hr, with optional upgrades available at a charge. Please be aware these times are estimate only and I cannot offer any guarantee on delivery times once it’s in the hands of the postal service.
Gifting and Gift Wrapping
If you are purchasing as a gift then you have the option for a free gift card to be hand written and added in along with your gift, please add details in the Handwritten Giftcard box above.
Upgrading to gift wrapping for £1.00 includes having the box or pouch that the gift is placed in being wrapped in a complimenting style paper with a ribbon around. It is then placed in the outer cardboard box with all the additional care cards, tissue paper and silver cleaning cloth as mentioned above.
If your item is being sent as a gift then please be sure to update the mailing address on checkout before you complete your order. I can hold no responsibility for items being sent to to the wrong person due to an incorrect address.

PROCESSING TIME & DELIVERY INFORMATION
Thank you for supporting my small business. Once your order is placed, I will begin processing it as soon as possible. Processing times vary depending on the range and are listed below. If you’ve ordered multiple items, they will be shipped together based on the longest processing time.
While I always strive to dispatch orders quickly, please be aware that during busy periods I may need the full time listed. If there is ever a delay beyond the stated timeframe, I will email you in advance.
If you have a specific deadline or need your order urgently, please contact me before placing your order to ensure I can accommodate it.

Orders under £20.50: Free Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery
Orders over £20.50 and up to £150: Free Royal Mail 48hr Tracked delivery (upgrade options available)
Orders over £150: Free Special Delivery with insurance to cover item.
International Orders:
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed (fees apply; see individual listings for specific costs)
Customs Fees: I cannot take responsibility for any duties or import fees incurred—please check your local regulations before purchasing.
Box & Postage Note:
Only two jewellery gift boxes fit per delivery package. If you require more boxes, or if you are ordering from outside the UK or upgrading your delivery, additional postage fees may apply. If unsure, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. I am unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders lost or undelivered due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.

Wedding Rings

No separate plastic packaging is added along with your order. Every purchase is thoughtfully designed to feel like a special gift—whether it's for yourself or a loved one.
Refund Policy
RETURNS & CONDITIONS
Please note that unless an item is damaged or faulty, I am not legally obliged to accept returns for personalised or custom-made items that cannot be resold. This includes the entire Sterling Ash Designs range, all sized rings, wedding bands, commissions, and other personalised items across my collections.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photographs BEFORE opening the packaging. Once opened, take additional photos of the item and any damage. This helps support any postal claims and ensures a swift resolution.
If you believe your item is faulty, please get in touch with detailed photographs of the issue so I can assess and advise.

⏳ Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
📦 Return postage for damaged or faulty items will be refunded – please keep your proof of postage and postal receipt.
NON-FAULTY RETURNS
Postage Costs:
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is confirmed as faulty or damaged (as above). I strongly recommend using a tracked postal service.
Item Condition:
Returns must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with undamaged original packaging. Any reduction in value due to wear, damage, or missing packaging will be deducted from your refund.
International Returns:
Clearly mark the package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to help avoid unnecessary customs fees.
Proof of Postage:
Obtain and keep a receipt or proof of postage from your Post Office.
