This listing is for custom-made, bespoke jewellery pieces that have been privately discussed with me via direct message. 🔨 Handcrafted to Order 🇬🇧
Each custom piece is individually handmade in my small studio using traditional methods and eco-conscious materials. I work in recycled 925 sterling silver, brass, copper, and 18ct yellow gold. Your jewellery may include sawn, sandcast, or sculpted silver clay techniques—each one producing its own unique finish. Some of my pieces may include small surface marks or variations, particularly silver clay designs, which are part of the organic character of true handcrafted jewellery.
✨ Keepsake & Resin Jewellery
If you’re commissioning a keepsake piece, I also work with ashes, hair, fabric, flowers, or just about any other tiny memento you can think of. These can be incorporated into silver, copper, brass or set in resin. Resin settings are available with or without the inclusions and come in a wide range of 36 colours (see the second photo in this listing for the available palette).

📸 Once your piece is created, I’ll share photos with you prior to hallmarking (if required for your item). All items over the legal threshold will be fully UK hallmarked at the Birmingham Assay Office.
📦 Packaging & Presentation
All commissions arrive beautifully packaged in Arcane Nature’s eco-conscious branded box and pouch, complete with care card and silver cleaning cloth. Keepsake pieces come in a ribbon-tied pouch.
🔁 Refund & Return Policy
Custom and bespoke items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty, as they are designed uniquely and cannot be resold. Please ensure you are fully happy with the details and design discussed before purchasing.

PROCESSING TIME & DELIVERY INFORMATION
Thank you for supporting my small business. Once your order is placed, I will begin processing it as soon as possible. Processing times vary depending on the range and are listed below. If you’ve ordered multiple items, they will be shipped together based on the longest processing time.
While I always strive to dispatch orders quickly, please be aware that during busy periods I may need the full time listed. If there is ever a delay beyond the stated timeframe, I will email you in advance.
If you have a specific deadline or need your order urgently, please contact me before placing your order to ensure I can accommodate it.
PROCESSING TIMES
1–5 working days: Natural World & Supernatural Realms ranges
1–10 weeks: Sterling Ash Designs (keepsake jewellery and custom commissions)
4–10 weeks: Wedding Rings
DELIVERY
UK Orders:
Orders under £20.50: Free Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery
Orders over £20.50 and up to £150: Free Royal Mail 48hr Tracked delivery (upgrade options available)
Orders over £150: Free Special Delivery with insurance to cover item.
International Orders:
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed (fees apply; see individual listings for specific costs)
Customs Fees: I cannot take responsibility for any duties or import fees incurred—please check your local regulations before purchasing.
Box & Postage Note:
Only two jewellery gift boxes fit per delivery package. If you require more boxes, or if you are ordering from outside the UK or upgrading your delivery, additional postage fees may apply. If unsure, please don’t hesitate to ask.
ACCOUNT & ADDRESS DETAILS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. I am unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders lost or undelivered due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.

All items are beautifully and securely packaged in recyclable, letterbox-friendly cardboard boxes. Your parcel will include:

Wedding Rings
Presented in a laser-engraved Arcane Nature double wooden ring box with a black velvet pouch to protect your rings for the big day. The double box holds two rings.
No separate plastic packaging is added along with your order. Every purchase is thoughtfully designed to feel like a special gift—whether it's for yourself or a loved one.
Refund Policy
RETURNS & CONDITIONS
Please note that unless an item is damaged or faulty, I am not legally obliged to accept returns for personalised or custom-made items that cannot be resold. This includes the entire Sterling Ash Designs range, all sized rings, wedding bands, commissions, and other personalised items across my collections.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photographs BEFORE opening the packaging. Once opened, take additional photos of the item and any damage. This helps support any postal claims and ensures a swift resolution.
If you believe your item is faulty, please get in touch with detailed photographs of the issue so I can assess and advise.

⏳ Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
📦 Return postage for damaged or faulty items will be refunded – please keep your proof of postage and postal receipt.
NON-FAULTY RETURNS
Postage Costs:
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is confirmed as faulty or damaged (as above). I strongly recommend using a tracked postal service.
Item Condition:
Returns must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with undamaged original packaging. Any reduction in value due to wear, damage, or missing packaging will be deducted from your refund.
International Returns:
Clearly mark the package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to help avoid unnecessary customs fees.
Proof of Postage:
Obtain and keep a receipt or proof of postage from your Post Office.
