Sterling silver mens polished oval signet ring measuring 18x13mm. Choose your perfect ring size. Custom made to order.

You have the options to choose your preferred colour, placement of your inclusions whether you would prefer them to be hidden under the colour or visible on top. You can also choose to add a touch of sparkle at no extra cost and this will be placed on top of your chosen colour.

How to Order

Select your inclusions type ashes/hair/fur/ multiple (example: 2 types from the same person or pet, or 2 from 2 different people or pets) This will let us know whether we need to include an extra capsule in your pack.
Choose from a selection of colours.
Select whether you would prefer the inclusions to be hidden or visible
Choose to add a touch of iridescent sparkle
Enter the name of the deceased(s) (for the Certificate of Authenticity)

Inclusions

We refer to inclusions as ashes or hair. Inclusions packs will be delivered to you within 1 – 3 working days (UK). Once we have received your inclusions, we will start to process your order and craft your precious piece and delivery within 2 weeks ( timescales may vary during busy periods and our holiday closures)

We currently do not ship outside of the UK.

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Nicky Robin, however as each product is custom made we can only offer a refund if the piece does not match what you have ordered, or, the item is faulty. We will firstly attempt to resolve the issue by repairing or remaking you a brand new piece (dependent on what the fault is).

If you do have any issues relating to the above, please contact us immediately (within 14 days of delivery) to resolve this for you. We may request you to upload photos or return the item back to us. We will provide advice based on each individual circumstance.

A refund for cancellations can be offered, but this can only apply prior to the commencement of the crafting of your piece. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
If you require any amendments to your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately to check if we have commenced the crafting of your piece. Once crafting has started, we may not be able to apply any amendments.
