Shipping Policy
All orders are packed with care in my Devon studio and sent via Royal Mail.
A4 prints are posted flat in a sturdy, board-backed envelope with an additional greyboard insert for extra protection.
A3 prints are sent in a recyclable cardboard sleeve to ensure they arrive safely.
Framed prints are wrapped in tissue paper and securely boxed to prevent movement in transit, ensuring they reach you in perfect condition.
Items such as art prints, notepads, and notebooks are sent as Large Letters.
Greeting cards are sent as Standard Letters.
Framed prints and tea towels are sent as Small Parcels.
I use eco-friendly and recyclable packaging wherever possible - including FSC-certified or recycled papers, biodegradable cello wraps, and tissue paper.
Estimated delivery times:
• UK: 1-3 business days after dispatch
• Europe: 5-10 business days
• Rest of the world: 10-20 business days
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

Refund Policy
I hope you’ll love your order, but if you’re not completely happy, I gladly accept returns and exchanges.
• Please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging.
• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
Unfortunately, I can’t accept returns on custom or personalised items unless they arrive damaged.
