Shipping Policy
You will find a mix of pieces that are available for immediate delivery and pieces that will be made to order.
Pieces available for immediate delivery will be posted within 4 working days if orders are placed before 1pm.
Items will be posted within the UK by special delivery. We do not do international deliveries.These are insured and will be delivered to mainland UK the next working day.
Pieces that are made to order will take 1-3 weeks. You will be kept in touch with the design and making process by email and postage arranged to suit your preferences. Should you require something faster, please get in touch with me to discuss your timescales. I will always do my best to accommodate special requests.
Refund Policy
General Returns:
-Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase, excluding bespoke orders. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of pierced earrings.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging.
- How to Return:
1. Contact us via email at indigojgal@gmail.com to initiate your return.
2. Ship the item using Royal Mail special delivery to address as instructed following email response. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email about the refund status.
4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Bespoke Orders:
Non-Refundable: Custom-made items, including those made to specific measurements, are not eligible for returns or refunds.

1. Check your bank account and credit card statements.
2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

Shipping Costs:
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
- Tracking:For items valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
