● SIZE – This petite, percher style cocktail hat is designed to sit off to one side of the head, so does not require a head fitting. The base measures 6″ diameter.
● COLOUR – Navy blue. Bespoke colours are available on request. I offer a complimentary fabric swatch service to ensure you get the perfect match for your outfit.
● BESPOKE OCCASION WEAR – Each component of my headpieces is sculpted, stitched and positioned by hand. No mass-production, just lovingly crafted works of art. Most pieces can be made in other colours, with a choice of fastenings to best blend in your hair.
● ISOBEL ROBINSON DESIGN – All of my headpieces are designed and crafted at my home studio in West Yorkshire, UK. With over 12 years of millinery experience, I have developed a range of hats and fascinators to suit all occasions with my signature, tailored style.
● SHIPPING – Each hat is made to order and requires up to 10 working days for dispatch. If you need your hat urgently for an event, please do let me know and I will be happy to prioritise your order whenever possible. Each of my hats comes beautifully presented in a keepsake box, ensuring safe travel to and from your event. Delivery is by Tracked24 within the UK, or Tracked services overseas.
● RETURNS – For pieces that are made to order I do not offer refunds due to their bespoke nature. Please ensure you have read the description and are happy with the size and colour before ordering, or contact me to request a free fabric swatch or further information.

As each piece is made to order and varies in the time it takes to make, please read the item description for the latest dispatch estimate. If you are in a hurry, I am happy to 'rush' through orders where possible, but please contact me first.
Please note that delivery times given are an estimate and not guaranteed unless upgraded to express guaranteed services. I cannot be held responsible for any delays once the item has been dispatched.
UK ORDERS:
All hats are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping.
Jewellery is posted by Royal Mail Tracked 48
Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and shipping will take longer towards Christmas.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Hats are sent by Royal Mail Tracked services unless stated otherwise and usually take around 1-3 weeks from dispatch.
Jewellery is posted by Royal Mail standard airmail. Please allow extra time for delivery in November and December.

I ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means no surprise fees or extra tariffs when your order arrives – everything is taken care of upfront. Any tariffs and fees are automatically calculated at checkout once you enter your shipping address, so the price you see is the final price you pay. Simple, transparent, and hassle-free. Refund Policy
What is your returns policy for hats?
I take great care to produce heirloom quality, hand-stitched pieces, with each hat taking several days to complete.
For pieces that are made to order, I do not offer refunds or returns due to their bespoke nature. Please ensure you have fully read the item description and are happy with the size and colour of the piece, or contact me for any further information you require.
I offer a complimentary fabric swatch service to ensure you get the best match to your outfit, and am happy to make in other colours on request.
For off-the-shelf (ready-to-ship) pieces , I offer returns if notified within 48 hours of the customer receiving their order. Returns must be received in as-new condition within 7 days (or proof of dispatch for overseas).
What is your returns policy for jewellery?
I am happy to accept returns of unworn jewellery (see exclusions below) within 14 days of receipt (international customers please contact me within 3 days to notify of return, & mark the box as RETURNED ITEM). Items must be returned unworn & in its original packaging.
EXCLUSIONS:
Due to their customised nature, bespoke designs and made-to-order rings are non-returnable unless faulty.
RETURNS POSTAGE
Postage is non-refundable. All return postage costs are covered by buyer unless faulty.
Damaged / Faulty Items
Customer satisfaction is of the greatest importance to me, and I take great pride in knowing my clients look and feel amazing in their new headpieces.
Each of my designs is lovingly handcrafted with attention to detail. Your piece will be carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it reaches you in top condition ready for your event.
In the unlikely event of your item arriving damaged or faulty, please notify me within 48hrs of delivery/collection to arrange an exchange or reach a suitable solution.
