This robustly, carefully felted ornament will last a lifetime – I don’t rush my processes – so it won’t need replacing if you take good care of it. It’s also completely unique!

Cancellations
In line with consumer regulation, you may cancel any order (with the exception of custom or personalised items) within 14 days of placing it.
Custom or Personalised Items
These can only be returned if they are faulty. Please remember that there will be some slight, reasonable variation in items which are made to order from the featured image as these are handcrafted (which is all part of their uniqueness and the beauty of handmade items!), whilst the key characteristics and design of the item will of course remain.
Returns & Exchanges
You must contact me within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return or exchange an item. The item must then be returned within 28 days of delivery.
Refunds or exchanges will be issued once the returned item has been received.
Unless the item is faulty, return postage costs are your responsibility.
