Your bird will be handmade just for you in my Welsh studio using traditional needle-felting techniques. Each one is sculpted slowly by hand from soft wool fibres, creating a beautifully detailed, lifelike little bird with its own character and expression.
The photos show a reference example of the style you will receive. Because every bird is made individually by hand, your finished piece will vary slightly in pose, markings, and expression — this is what makes each one truly one of a kind.
These birds are designed as collectible art pieces rather than toys. They are perfect for display on a shelf, desk, windowsill, or nestled into a miniature scene, bringing a quiet, natural charm to any space.
Size
Each bird is approximately 10cm (4 inches) from beak to tail, depending on posture.

🧶 Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact me within 30 days of delivery at credmayne@googlemail.com with photos.
You’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and I’ll sort it as quickly as possible.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Because custom and personalised items are made just for you, they’re non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.
If you spot an issue with your custom details, please message me before I start making your order.
📦 Returns
If you need to return something, please email me first so I can provide the correct return address.
Tracked postage is recommended, as you’re responsible for the parcel until it reaches me.
If the return is due to my error or a fault, I’ll cover the return postage.
