This cabochon reminded us of a stylised dog and so we made the bail from eco-silver (recycled sterling silver) to represent the dogs lead. The bail is attached to the dog using epoxy resin.
The pedant comes on an 18″ sterling silver chain and is presented in a gift box and would make the perfect gift for a dog lover.

We made this one of a kind necklace by first creating a mosaic slab of dichroic glass by cutting and arranging shards of glass before fusing it in our kiln. The glass slab was then cut into shaped cabochons before fire polishing them in the kiln. We then made the bail from eco-silver in our workshop creating a truly unique necklace.
