Description
Very pretty English cottage garden textile art, a scene of salvias and knautias, tiny pin cushion type flowers inspired the borders in my garden.
Made from free motion machine embroidery and applique. I draw these flowers often and I love ‘drawing’ them with my sewing machine, they really lend themselves to this technique enabling me to create a sense of movement and fragility.
The embroidery is on linen fabric and presented in a box frame.
I have initialled the artwork and stamped the back with my logo.
I have photographed the art without the glass but that will be included!
Any future orders for this work I will always try and get as close to the original as possible.
