Description
This elegant amethyst pendant has been carefully handcrafted using silver filled wire, featuring a pale purple amethyst bead at its centre. The amethyst is framed with a graceful swirl design and finished with an intricate wire weave bail. The pendant hangs from a faux suede necklace finished with complimentary silver plated clasp and fittings.
Amethyst is the birthstone for February making this necklace a meaningful birthday gift or a thoughtful present for someone special.
The pendant measures approximately 4.2 cm (1 1/2 inches) in length from the very top of the pendant and a width of 1.5 cm (1/2 inch). The necklace is approximately 47 cm (18 inches).
Silver filled jewellery making wire consists of 10% sterling silver outer layer bonded to a copper core. This construction not only gives a beautiful appearance it makes it more durable and longer lasting than silver plated.
