Description
These beautiful silver scallop shell necklaces have been recreated from actual scallop shells found on the stunning beaches of the Isle of Colonsay on Scotlands Inner Hebrides. Hanging on a sterling silver chain either of these necklaces would be the perfect accessory to any outfit and a thoughtful gift for any occasion.
Each shell has been made using the lost wax casting method which is one of the oldest techniques used in jewellery making which allows natures delicate textures to be captured and recreated in sterling silver.

It isn’t possible to detect the precious metal content of a piece of jewellery by sight or touch. Therefore, if it’s described as being made of or containing precious metals and weighs above 7.78g for silver and 1g for gold then, it is a legal requirement for it to be hallmarked as such by an Assay Office. I’m registered with the Edinburgh Assay Office and will always ensure that my work is hallmarked according to the necessary UK regulations

PACKAGING & SHIPPING:
As standard all necklaces are beautifully presented on a Ticketyboo Coo gift box tied with ribbon and earrings are presented on a hand made earring card in a gorgeous grey cotton gift bag. With earrings there is also an option to upgrade to a gift box for an additional charge prior to check out.
Regardless of the packaging option that you choose you can be assured you’re your item will be beautifully presented and delivered to you in a safe and efficient manner.

Refund Policy
Having happy customers is one of the things I love most about my job. If there are any issues or concerns with your purchase, I am more than happy to discuss and accept returns. Please contact me via email (theticketyboocoo@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving your order and return any items to me within 14 days.
Please return all items in fully a re-saleable condition, i.e. unworn and unaltered and in the original packaging. As soon as the returned item is received a refund will be issued. Shipping costs cannot be refunded unless an item is faulty.
