A sterling silver scent locket with a swirling pattern design on front and rear. There is a rear opening that allows the wearer to insert a perfumed cloth or sponge for long lasting scent without application to the skin.

Description

This sterling silver pattern scent locket has had an etched design impressed into the surface from brass plate, etched by myself using environmentally friendly processes. The reverse has an opening large enough to insert scented cloth or small objects into the piece. This can be useful for those with skin issues with scented oils/perfume, or for pregnant women, who are often advised not to wear perfumes or scented oils. Silver is 80% recycled by myself. I produce designs by hand or digitally and transfer these onto metal using modern etching techniques. The locket style silver capsules have been patinated and treated to protect the patination.
Supplied on 16″ sterling silver trace chain.
