As a keen beach comber I love to collect and preserve shells and seaweed I find from around The Shetland Islands, Scotland.
This collection is extra special as the yellow & orange periwinkle shell used was collected from the tiny island I grew up on – Whalsay.
I use the best quality crystal clear epoxy resin to set my tiny shells into. I have 4 designs to choose from.
Handpicked beach finds collected from beauty spots around Shetlands coast, captured in clear resin for you to treasure. They come inside a velvet pouch with info card.

Welcome to my collection of sunset shell jewellery.
Each shell has been hand picked from a beach at Challister on the small island of Whalsay, where I grew up. These shells are a beautiful bright yellow and orange colour and are Periwinkles, only found on a few places around the islands.
I have used a shimmering black mica background in the jewellery, like a Shetland sunset. The stud posts and back are sterling silver. The hook on the dangly pair is also sterling silver.
