- Materials: 300gsm premium white card from a sustainable source, paired with a 120 gsm white envelope.
The card is left blank inside, giving you the freedom to add your own heartfelt message. If you’d like me to write a message inside on your behalf, simply fill in the message box — I’ll be happy to do this for you at no extra cost.
As each card is handmade, the one you receive may vary ever so slightly from the photographs, giving it its own individual character.

All cards are handmade by Lucy Designs. Processing time is 1–3 working days.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail, and you can choose from the following delivery options at checkout:
Royal Mail 1st Class – usually arrives within 1–2 working days.
Royal Mail Standard Delivery – usually arrives within 2–3 working days.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – usually arrives within 1–2 working days, with a tracking number provided.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – usually arrives within 2–3 working days, with a tracking number provided.

Refund Policy
Personalised cards:
Unfortunately, returns and refunds cannot be accepted for personalised or custom-made cards unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on my part.
Non-personalised cards:
If your card arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. I will be happy to offer a replacement or refund.
Change of mind:
If you simply change your mind or decide you don’t like the design, I cannot accept a return.
Your satisfaction matters, and I always take care to ensure each card is made and packaged to a high standard. If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to resolve it quickly.
