A soft cover, handmade Journal notebook made with beautiful wine red Cork fabric and exposed stitching on the spine. The right side of the cork fabric is smooth to the touch and the reverse is black with a soft, slightly textured feel.

The journal has four signatures inside (groups of pages), each with an ivory coloured outer page, which means you could use each section as a separate notebook if you wish.

Approx Size: A6 11cm x 15.5cm

Pages: 80 double-sided pages of 100gsm plain white, good quality recycled paper.

Description

This soft cover Journal has been made by me, from scratch, using traditional bookbinding methods. The plain paper book block inside has been cut, folded and trimmed entirely by hand and then hand sewn onto the wine red coloured cork fabric. I’ve used a matching thread for the exposed stitching on the spine.. The reverse side of the cork is black.

Approx Size: A6 – width 11cm x height 15.5cm.

Cork fabric is also known as cork leather or vegan leather because it’s seen as the animal friendly alternative to leather. It’s produced from thin cork shavings obtained directly from the bark of the sustainable cork oak tree.

I’ve tried to represent the colour accurately but please remember that monitors, tablets and other devices do vary.

I use Royal Mail for all my parcels. I've tried to set my postage charges as accurately as possible but if you order more than one item and your postage is over calculated, I will of course refund the overcharge.
When you place an order I am provided with your contact details. I only use these details to process and deliver your order or to deal with any subsequent queries. I will never share these details or add you to a mailing list without your prior consent. I do not receive any payment card details. As required by UK law, I will securely store any data collected for up to six years. It will then be deleted from my records.

Refund Policy

If you're not happy with your purchase I will gladly accept returns and exchanges as long as the item is undamaged and it wasn't a custom made item. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged.
If the item does arrive damaged, please contact me as soon as you receive the item so that we can discuss next steps. Please provide a photo of the damage.
