Description

A beautiful study of a dragonfly wing with the appearance of a jeweled stained glass.
This wall hanging will make a striking focal point in any room.
The magnificent wing has been worked in a glorious array of angelina fibres, foils and organzas which gives an iridescent glow to the piece. The segments have been divided with black cotton and velvets to give a stained glass feel. Each has been further enhanced with free machined embroidery to create the iconic black veins in a dragonfly’s wing. The body of the dragonfly has been padded to add an extra dimension.

A truly eye catching original work of art created solely by myself.
There is a hanging sleeve attached to the reverse. baton not included but will send simple instructions of how to make if required. Artwork will then hang from wall with no viable means of support.

Dragonfly wing will be treated with fabric protection before being dispatched.
