Description

Sacred waters represents the wounded earth healing itself in troubled times.
The stunning sky has been richly worked on an embellisher which meshes fabrics and fibres together. It has been further enhanced with free machine embroidery and hand embroidery,
The distant purple mountains have been worked in a similar way.
The healing waterfalls have been cleverly constructed using white feathers, fur fabric and hand embroidery. The feathers gives the water movement.
Strips of fabric echoing the colours of the sky were laid down in the water below. I then covered them with a navy fabric which I slashed to allow the colours underneath to show through, These made the reflections below.

The wall hanging has a hanging sleeve attached to the reverse.
Hanging baton not included but will provide instructions if needed.
