Delivery Options (UK Only)
We currently ship within the UK only. All orders are sent via Royal Mail or a trusted courier service. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Each candle is hand-poured with care, and we stand by the quality of our work.

🕯️ Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please email us at beeluxxcandles@gmail.com with your order number.

Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund — just send a photo of the item and packaging so we can investigate with our courier.

❌ Non-Returnable Items
Used candles cannot be returned. Custom or personalised orders are also non-refundable unless faulty.
