Once your order has been received, processing will begin. The processing (or production) time required for each item is specified on its individual listing and may vary between products.

If multiple items are ordered, they will be shipped together once all items are ready. In this case, the processing time will be determined by the item with the longest production period.

While every effort is made to complete and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, please note that during busy periods, the full processing time stated may be required prior to dispatch. If you have a specific deadline or event date, please contact me before placing your order to confirm whether it can be accommodated.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

If your order isn’t quite what you expected, or you’ve changed your mind, or there is a fault with your jewellery, I’m happy to offer a return* or exchange.

To begin the process, please contact me by email at madebyjasu@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must then be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that, in accordance with UK consumer law, returns cannot be accepted for personalised or custom-made items unless they are damaged or faulty, as these cannot be resold.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged due to postal mishandling, please take clear photographs of:

The outer packaging (before opening), and of the item once opened, showing the damage clearly.

These photographs are essential to help with any postal claim and to resolve your issue promptly.

If you believe your jewellery is faulty, please contact me at madebyjasu@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, including clear images of the fault and a brief description of the issue.

If a return is required, the return postage cost will be refunded for damaged or faulty items. This additional refund will be processed via PayPal using the email address associated with your order. Please retain your postal receipt and proof of postage, as these will be needed for reimbursement.

General Conditions for Returns

Unless the item is damaged or faulty, buyers are responsible for return postage costs. A tracked postal service is recommended.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value resulting from improper handling.

Please reuse the original packaging where possible to protect your item during transit.

You should always obtain proof of postage from your Post Office.

Include your original invoice or a note with your name, contact details, and order number inside the package.

Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of delivery.
