Description
This delicate textile artwork is made from free motion machine embroidery, I first draw the thistle so I am familiar with the shape, then use my sewing machine needle to ‘draw’ the outline.
I enjoy this type of free flowing embroidery as it replicates my love of drawing plants and creates a lovely natural, organic feel.
The thistle top is then appliqued then stitched over the top to create the spiky texture.
The linen fabric background adds to the lovely vintage feel of this piece.
The box frame can stand or be hung.
Please note I have photographed the artwork without the glass but it will be included.
Any backorders will be as close to the original as possible and I can also make the thistle in other colours. Please enquire if you have a preference.

Orders will be sent either 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail, purchaser chooses at check out.
Purchases over £50 will be eligible for free shipping and as these are more valuable I will send the order Royal Mail UK Tracked 48
Cards and printed art will be posted in cardboard envelopes.
Framed work will be packaged in bubble wrap and a cardboard box.
Refund Policy
I hope your order arrives in perfect condition and that you are very pleased with your purchase.
However, in the event you wish to return your purchase buyers are responsible for the return postage costs.
It is the buyers responsibility to return items in their original condition, ideally using the same packaging.
The buyer has 30 days from delivery to return the item.
If the item arrives damaged please contact me and hopefully we will resolve the problem covering the postage to return the item.
If the item has been personalised unfortunately I am unable to accept a return.
