Description
This pretty decoration is created using applique and free motion embroidery, sewn onto stiff felt then backed with 100% wool felt.
The bunting is made from tiny pieces of printed fabric appliqued in a whimsical style, gently blowing in the breeze. At the foot of the beach hut wispy sea grass is growing which I have made by using long machine stitches.
The words are also free motion stitched, writing Norfolk summer’ with the sewing machine needle.
The string to hang is around 12cms long and works perfectly with this style of decoration.
Just something to note as these are all handmade sometimes they will differ slightly to the ones shown, the fabrics will be the same but the way the print falls may be different. However I will always aim to get them as similar as possible.
