Hello, I’m Jo an artisan baker based on the Isle of Wight, lifelong biscuit dunker, patisserie graduate and champion of food made properly.
Crumb Pact is my love letter to clean ingredient baking: no added preservatives, no artificial additives, no UPFs, just honest ingredients, exceptional chocolate and flavours inspired by conscious choices and island living.
Every brownie, blondie and cookie is baked to order in small batches using organic ingredients wherever possible, Fairtrade couverture chocolate and sugar and local island produce. We then go a step further, your treats are wrapped in compostable packaging, packed into a high quality box intended for reuse, regifting or even upcycling, and finished with a wildflower seed paper band which you can plant, water and watch bloom.
Whether you’re sending a thank you, cheering up a friend or indulging in a little “just because” moment, Crumb Pact bakes bring that warm, fudgy, soulful feeling of being truly cared for.
