Vendor Biography

I’m Isobel, a UK jewellery maker creating handmade jewellery inspired by nature, history, stories and art. Each piece is handcrafted in my South Downs studio, where I blend traditional metalsmithing with a love of British heritage—architecture, folklore, ancient crafts and the stories held in our landscape. To me, jewellery is never just a sparkly trinket; it’s a way of carrying meaning, memory and connection.

My designs begin with materials I trust and techniques I love. I work in recycled silver and gold reclaimed from industry and medical waste, and I source gemstones responsibly from suppliers within the UK. Every piece is hand designed and made using traditional forming and forging, wax carving and casting, etching, roller printing and classic stone‑setting techniques. I don’t mass‑produce anything—each item has its own character. My inspiration comes from natural forms like leaves and flowers, museum artefacts, old wallpaper and fabric prints, myths and legends, and the simple beauty of gemstones themselves.

As a small one‑woman business, I want you to feel completely confident when choosing a piece from my shop. Every item is genuinely handmade by me from start to finish—never component assembly or factory production. Sustainability is at the heart of what I do, from recycled metals to fully recyclable packaging and labels. I take great care with every stage of the process so that your jewellery arrives beautifully made, thoughtfully packaged and ready to be treasured.
