Vendor Biography
Lisa Parkes is a cross stitch designer from South Lanarkshire. She began her company, Vivid Stash, in 2021 selling digital patterns online worldwide. Focusing on colour and humour the subjects of motivation, hobbies and Scottish icons proved successful. All designs are based on Lisa’s original artwork.
In 2022 Lisa began selling physical kits within the UK. All components are carefully made and added by hand using quality materials.
Lisa is known for creating her own tartan, named Stash Tartan, for her Wild Scotland collection and had it officially certified by the Scottish Register of Tartans in 2023.
The Wild Scotland collection has been her most popular offering to date, enjoyed by both stitchers and complete novices. The icons of Harris the Highland Cow, Barb the Thistle and maps of Scottish locations, along with Loch Nessie, have drawn customers in great numbers. The easy to follow patterns, bright colours and humorous naming have given personality and loyalty to the brand.
