Vendor Biography
Hello!
I’m Kelly, and I create original and contemporary jewellery from my home studio in Hampshire, using traditional metalsmithing techniques. I specialise in silver, sea glass and semi-precious gemstones and many of my creations are ‘one of a kind’ pieces – perfect if you are looking for something unique or unusual!
Everything is presented beautifully wrapped and ready to gift (either to others or to yourself!) and I can also post direct to the recipient if necessary, along with a hand-written message if required. Examples of my packaging are shown in the image below.
If you’d like to know a little more about me and the background to my business then a short summary is included below, with more details and regular updates on my social media pages. You can find all my current listings on The British Craft House under the ‘products’ tab.
Thank you for visiting my page!

The story behind Willow And Twigg…
I am a self-employed artisan jewellery maker and designer, currently living in the south of England with my husband and our three young daughters. I am a retired Royal Navy Officer, having left the military after almost fifteen years of service in order to focus on raising a family.
I began making jewellery many years ago, originally starting with bead stringing and wirework to create things for myself and gifts for friends and family. Later I expanded my techniques and skills to incorporate metalsmithing into my work. This gives me much greater flexibility in my designs and has opened up a whole new world of creative possibility. In particular it allows me to combine my love of creating jewellery with another of my hobbies; collecting sea glass.
I have always loved the sea and am lucky enough to live right on the coast where I regularly enjoy walks along the beach, combing for treasure and picking up sea glass, shells and random bits of driftwood that I hope one day to find a use for!
As my children approached school age I established ‘Willow And Twigg’ as a business to help sustain and fund my passion for crafting jewellery as well as provide me with an occupation once again. It gives me the freedom and flexibility to work from home, allowing me to always be available for my family and spend as much time as possible with them.
I thoroughly enjoy what I do, and am always thrilled to know that people love wearing my designs as much as I love making them!
Thank you for taking the time to visit my shop. If you are interested in knowing more, then please also check out my social media pages using the links in my shop banner, and if you have any questions, comments or feedback please get in touch!
