Fully insured, tracked, and requires a signature upon delivery

International Shipping

Lucea Jewellery ships worldwide (excluding EU destinations due to current GPSR regulations).

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or trusted couriers such as DHL or FedEx, depending on the value of the piece.

Estimated delivery timeframe: 2–10 working days after dispatch
(Please note that customs processing times may vary.)

Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in shipping costs.
International customers are responsible for any charges required by their country upon delivery.

However, if something doesn’t feel quite right—whether it’s the size, the fit, or simply a change of heart—I’m always happy to discuss a return.

Please read the information below carefully before sending anything back.

Return Conditions
You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return
Jewellery must be returned in perfect, unworn condition and in its original packaging
Please email me at luceajewellery@gmail.com
before returning your item so we can arrange the return and I can provide the correct address
Items sent back without prior agreement will not be accepted

Please note:
Original postage costs, packaging costs, taxes, and duties are non-refundable

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Earrings & Hygiene

In line with UK health and hygiene regulations, returns are not accepted on pierced earrings unless the item is faulty.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Pieces

Bespoke or made-to-order jewellery is created especially for you and is therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty.

During your warranty period, adjustments or remakes may be possible, depending on the piece.
